Halli Sigel began her career in the thick of some of New York's fastest-growing startups. Excelling at the junction of customer experience and operations, she quickly realized her ideal venture would merge her passion for scaling businesses with her love for bringing people together.

Halli and her friend, Shelby Sims, founded Quincy on the belief that great cocktails need a fantastic mixer and garnish just as much as a great spirit. Historically, mixers were overlooked while alcohol brands built loyalty. Quincy is now on a mission to ignite brand love for the other half of the glass by redefining mixers and garnishes for the modern consumer, both at home and out on the town.
