Fancypants
In this episode, I’m joined by Maura Duggan, founder of Fancypants Baking Co., a brand baking cookies that feel downright good—made with real, recognizable ingredients and a whole lot of heart. After earning a master’s degree in Mind, Brain, and Education from Harvard, Maura found herself drawn back to baking as a way to shake off the stress.
Since 2004, Maura has grown Fancypants into a company known for incredible taste, quality ingredients, and sustainability. Today, their cookies are made with butter and eggs, zero artificial ingredients, and upcycled oat flour—baking with purpose while minimizing waste.
