Beer Girl
Caroline Foulk didn't set out to join the beer industry. A graduate of USC’s Narrative Writing program, her early career was spent on national tours with artists like The Isley Brothers and Marc E. Bassy. But when the pandemic paused the music industry in 2020, a "temporary" stint helping her family launch Wagon Wheel Brewing Company turned into a six-year obsession with the business of brewing. Along the way, Caroline traded tour buses for real estate finance certificates and construction sites, building the foundation for her own disruptive brand: Beer Girl.
Launched in 2024 alongside her husband, Griffin Foulk, Beer Girl is the answer for those who love the ritual of a cold beer but hate the heavy, bloated aftermath. Inspired by Caroline’s own experience navigating an autoimmune condition while running a brewery, the Laguna Beach–based brand offers a crisp, easy-drinking alternative. In this episode, Caroline shares how she translated the "hustle" of the music world into a sophisticated, better-for-you beverage brand that refuses to sacrifice flavor for function.
